What is the impact of new worshiping communities at the local, regional, and national level?

1001 New Worshiping Communities recently spent time talking to leaders in the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta and the New Church Development Commission to learn how the 30+ new worshiping communities that we serve are "expanding the we.”

Did You Know?

  • The budget for NCDC’s staff and work is 1/3 funded by the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. The remaining 2/3 comes from you!

  • The average donation is $201.96.

Ways to Donate

  • Give Online

    • Consider a monthly recurring donation. Recurring donations are the best way to support this work and mission throughout the year, and it is the best way to help us plan for the future.

Ways to Connect and Engage

Are you interested in starting a new worshiping community?

  • The ministry you feel called to may not yet exist. Start a conversation! We’re here to explore with you.

Is your congregation interested in learning more about or partnering with a new community? Is your church interested in sharing space?

  • Currently, 2/3 of new worshiping communities use shared space, 77% of those share space with an established church.

  • Invite NCDC’s Executive Director Lindsay Armstrong to preach or consult with your church.

Thank you for contributing with energy, support, hospitality, prayer, and monetary gifts.

Thank you for sharing the story of what God is doing through and with us all working together.
